All the spirits are produced by Jenny & Angela, two copper stills handmade in Portugal. These stills are key to the distillation process and play a huge part in producing smooth spirits with fantastic flavours. Being 100% copper, they remove the impurities & sulphur-containing compounds from the spirit vapours during distillation. Simply put, without these two girls the Abingdon distillery wouldn’t be able to produce award-winning gins.
